Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Business Development Representative to join our team.  This role focuses on building long-term relationships with contractors, commercial fleets, municipalities, and dealerships by identifying customer needs and recommending vehicle accessories, equipment, and installation solutions that improve productivity, safety, and appearance.  This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, generating opportunities, and growing accounts.  If you have a proven track record of sales experience and fantastic communication skills, we want to hear from you. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong interpersonal skills and sales experience. 
 
Responsibilities 
  • Develop and maintain relationships with commercial customers, dealerships, municipalities, and contractors
  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities through various channels
  • Create and present estimates and proposals
  • Follow up on quotes and maintain consistent customer communication
  • Build and maintain dealership partnerships
  • Collaborate with inside sales and shop teams to ensure projects are completed successfully
  • Stay informed on product offerings, industry trends, and customer needs
  • Maintain accurate customer records and activity notes in the Company's CRM system
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Valid state-issued driver’s license and clean driving record are required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM systems is preferred
  • Prior outside sales experience, especially in regard to commercial customers, contractors, municipalities, or dealerships, is preferred
  • Existing relationships within the local business community is preferred
Compensation
  • Base salary commensurate with experience
  • Commission plan based on performance
