Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for assisting customers, generating profitable sales, coordinating projects from initial inquiry through installation, and supporting daily showroom, phone, and customer communication activities. The Inside Sales Representative is often the first point of contact for our customers and plays a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, learning about automotive accessories, and helping customers outfit their vehicles for work, recreation, and everyday life.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in-store, over the phone, by email, and through other communication channels
- Identify customer needs and recommend products and installation solutions
- Create accurate estimates and proposals
- Follow up on quotes and customer inquiries
- Ensure all customer leads are responded to promptly
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the shop team
- Maintain CRM records and follow-up activities
- Maintain strong product knowledge
- Support showroom organization and promotions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Valid state-issued driver’s license and clean driving record are required
- Basic computer proficiency is required
- Prior sales experience in a showroom setting is preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage time and serve customers with little supervision
Compensation
- Hourly compensation based on experience
- Commission on sales
- Bonus opportunities

- Full-time position
- Includes some Saturdays
